Is Sarah Palin a Grand Slam for John McCain?

The maverick John Mccain has done it again! He has once again shown he thinks for himself. Selecting Gov. Sarah Palin was a bold move that says change is needed and we the Republicans are
going to make that change!

Gov. Palin has taken on the political machine in Alaska and beat them. Now she will take on the liberal/socialists in Washington. “Her grass-roots effort to upset the entrenched and corrupt Alaskan political establishment is nothing short of amazing. She is a no-apologies conservative Republican intent on bringing accountability to government. Efforts to label her as a lightweight have backfired as she has out-maneuvered, out-talked, out-flanked, and soundly beaten her political opponents at every turn. Immensely popular, she is, in short, a breath of fresh Alaskan air blowing from the North.”

Sarah Palin isn't afraid to stand up strong, for her ideals. John McCain could not have made a better pick to help clean up the mess in Washington. Will there finally be a decent effort to help eliminate the political pork? Will we finally have someone to stand up for the rights of Middle America? Will there be someone to finally stand up for the blue collar workers?  Sarah Palin, is not an elitist who thinks there is something wrong with having religion or owning a gun. She is willing to protect the 2nd amendment and all of the constitution, not try to rewrite it.

Gov. Palin is married to Todd Palin, who has worked for nearly 20 years as a production operator in the oil fields on Alaska’s North Slope and he also is a lifelong commercial fisherman in Bristol Bay. He is a member of the United Steelworkers Union as well as being a dedicated community volunteer. The Palin's have 5 children.

A biography of Sarah Palin was written "Sarah; how a hockey Mom turned Alaska’s political establishment upside down", by Kaylene Johnson. Kenmore: Epicenter Press, 2008
