Judge Orders Ohio Secretary of State to Stop Breaking the Law!

According to The Columbus Dispatch in a breaking news report October 9th.



"Ohio Secretary of State, Jennifer Brunner is breaking federal law by not giving county elections boards the chance to determine whether new voter registrations are fraudulent, a federal judge ruled tonight. "

"It is hard to imagine a public interest more compelling than safeguarding the legitimacy of the election of the president of the United States," said Judge George C. Smith of U.S. District Court in Columbus, in agreeing with the Ohio Republican Party's request for a court order. Judge Smith cited that millions of qualified voters electors will be undermined if these new registrations are not verified and individuals are permitted to vote who are unqualified to do so.

Judge Smith went on to say that "This would demean the voting process and unlawfully dilute the votes of qualified voters," he said. The court accused Brunner of failing to provide county election administrators with "an effective way to access and review mismatches." She immediately appealed the ruling.

The Help America Vote Act requires states not only to verify the identity of newly registered voters with the state Bureau of Motor Vehicles and the federal Social Security Administration, but they must also provide counties with the names of new voters whose records did not match.  Brunner's office had been doing the verification but had not made the names available to the county elections boards. The judge gave her a week to do so.

Sean Cairncross, chief counsel for the Republican National Committee, called ACORN a "quasi-criminal organization" in a conference call with reporters.

Seems ACORN is living up to their name based on the 13 + state voter fraud investigations open now.  The amount of voter fraud that has turned up within the past week is staggering.

The Cuyahoga Board of Electors was investigating 50 duplicate or fake forms. ACORN group headquarters in Las Vegas was raided yesterday and ballots with the names of the Dallas Cowboys football team were found on ballots among other fake registrations.  Thousands upon thousands of fake registrations have been found across the country in various pivotal states.   In Lake County, IN alone, over 2000 fraudulent registrations were found.

According to the website for ACORN they claim to have registered 1.3 million voters for the upcoming election.  How many of them are legitimate is anyones guess.

We find this to be the most despicable thing, to think that this is the same group that Barack Hussein Obama gave $800,000 to and then got caught lying about it.  Why? What kind of judgment does Barack Obama have that would allow him to invest money, work for and stand up for a group as radical as ACORN? 

We have reported over and over again about the corrupt friends and associations that Barack Obama has,  ACORN is a major one. He trained part of their staff and he knows exactly what they do in order to "get the vote out" and worse, he is funding them.

Don't be deceived people, Barack Obama and his liberal socialist democrat friends are trying to steal this election by funding the radical group ACORN.  ACORN is  creating chaos across our country,  registering fake ballots and making an overall mockery of our election process in the United States of America.

Do you want to make a difference? Go the website of every major news station, CNN, ABC, CBS, NBC and newspaper( I did today!) and demand that they report these stories about ACORN,  it is major news and yet they will not air it because they want to protect the "savior" Barack Hussein Obama.  You can make a difference America!.

Do not let your right as an American to have a free and fair election be taken away by the likes of such a radical group such as ACORN.
