UAW Refuses To Negotiate For Bail Out

The socialist Democrats want changes in the Big 3 auto makers.  America wants changes in the Big 3 automakers.  All of the changes the socialist Democrats want are cosmetic and even worse they are more damaging to the auto makers.  Who wants Congress running the auto makers?  Can you imagine, Nancy Pelosi and Harry Reid making decisions about what cars you can drive.  The auto maker bail out fails because the socialist Democrats refuse to make UAW negotiate.

The socialist Nancy Pelosi wants a bigger jet to fly her around.  Nancy tells the Big 3 auto makers get rid of your corporate jets.  The socialist President elect Barack Hussein Obama said, “If this management team that’s currently in place doesn’t understand the urgency of the situation and is not willing to make the tough choices and adapt to these new circumstances, then they should go.”  The socialist Democrats want a czar to tell the auto makers what cars to make and make the decisions for the Big 3.

All we hear from the socialist Democrats is how bad management of the Big 3 auto makers is.  No doubt they have made many mistakes.  The socialist Democrats forced subprime mortgages which have brought the economy down and we the taxpayers are paying for that.  America doesn’t need the socialist Democrats making decisions for the auto makers.  The ones forcing CAFÉ standards are part of the problem now.

Socialists Obama, Pelosi, and Reid are silent about the UAW.  The socialist Democrats owe the UAW and think it’s ok for them to make more than $30 an hour more than their counterparts in auto plants in non union states.   Not one socialist Democrat said to the UAW,  you need to negotiate and make some concessions.  The UAW refuses to negotiate wages and benefits in order to be considered for an automaker bail out and it failed because of that.

Thank you to all the Senators who stood up to the UAW.  Thank you to all the Senators for not wasting more of our taxpayer dollars.  Thank you for having integrity and not folding to the socialist Democrats and their attempt to take over the Big 3 auto makers.  Thank you for having integrity and holding the line with the UAW.

The Big 3 auto makers will come back stronger from bankruptcy.  They will come back lean and mean.  Think positive America.  Tomorrow will be a better day.  Thank the courageous Senators who wouldn’t buckle to the socialist Democrats and the UAW pressure, thank them because this is the beginning of what is to come for the next four years, we need their strength and integrity to make it through.
