Robert Reich economic adviser to President Obama speaking before a Congressional Committee told Charlie Rangel (D-NY) and the committee “Infrastructure spending is an important and good way to spur the economy.   I am concerned; as I’m sure many of you are that these jobs simply not go to high skill workers who are already professionals or white male construction workers.”

Charlie Rangel said that Congress needs to force state legislatures to spend the money on projects Congress decides not what the state deems important.  Rangel further said Federal formulas should target relieve to where Congress decides.  “And one thing you can depend on is you don’t have to worry what the middle is going to do, things are so bad they have to put food on the table, get clothes for their kids, get them in school,” was further stated by Charlie Rangel.  Socialist Rangel is admitting this is redistribution of wealth and the working are too busy working hard to notice they are being stolen from.

Rangel said they can mandate the criteria and formulas.  Then Reich said yes mandate to the states and force them to go along.  America this is socialism.  The socialist are unafraid to force their policies on you.  They know working America is striving to put food on the table and cloth their children.  They hope it will be too late when the middle class working people realize these socialist now run America.
