Socialists Use African-American To Hold Back Black America

How many African-Germans have you met?  Or African-Swedes?  Or African-French?  The point is only in America do we find African in front of country that is a black people’s home.  I have often wondered and asked why?

I work with several black men and women.  I consider them friends as I hope they consider me their friend.  We are all family and strive to improve together.  When time allows I’ve had many in depth conversations with them and many of those talks have been political in nature.  I can in all honesty say it is much easier to have political talks with my black friends than any white liberal socialist I know.

I strive to gain a better understanding when talking with my black friends.  My goal is to have a better understanding of their views and feelings.  These talks are stimulating and very thought provoking.  I am constantly learning from these talks and trying to grow.

We are over and over hear black Americans referred to as African-Americans.  Even on questions asking race it lists African-American.  Is that different from being an American or a black America?  How many “African-Americans” families have been in America for 150 or more years?  When do they become Americans?

I have often been unsure what to call black people.  Then I decided to go to the source.  I asked some of the black people I know are you if they are African-Americans, or black Americans, or what do they prefer.  The answer seems unanimous and they all said I’m an American who is black. 

There is another consensus from many that African-American is a buzzword from politically correct socialist Democrats.  The Democrats use it in an attempt to hold black Americans back.  In political correctness they don’t put another nationality in front of other nationalities when referring to them.  Look on an employment application.  Do you see French-American or Swedish-American?  No just white American.  But you don’t see black American, instead you see African-American.

Heritage is great and I don’t want anyone to lose their heritage.  The socialist Democrats use the African-American buzzword to hold black Americans back.  For generations these socialist democrats have told black Americans that they can only succeed by being Democrats and voting for socialist Democrats.  The bad evil Republicans will destroy them.  Why then do black Americans always do better when Republicans are in charge?  Bill Clinton the first “black” President didn’t do as much for black America or have as many black Americans in his administration as George Bush has.  Yet most black Americans hate Bush who did more for them than Clinton did and they love Clinton.

Black Americans don’t let the socialist Democrats and their buzzword “African-American” hold you back.  They want you beholding to them.  They want you to always feel oppressed.  The socialist Democrats need your support to keep up their socialist policies.  Don’t let them take the American dream away from you.  Be proud Americans who happen to be black.
