A Speech Does Not Make A Leader

Anyone who has worked with and/or for a true leader knows the feeling of working with them.  It is an innate ability, a gift that so few have.

The ability to give a speech and inspire is a gift.  There are many motivational speakers that have the gift and make people feel good.  Most of us have heard good motivational speakers and many have been to seminars given by these speakers.  President Barack Hussein Obama is a great speaker and many times a motivational speaker.  Obama has the ability to make many people believe his words.  As Obama says, “Words only words.”  However, having the gift of speech doesn’t make a leader, Obama is not a leader.

Obama just gives great speeches.  His career began with a great speech at the Democratic Convention five years ago. However, making people feel good is not leading and many have found it evident since the election that Obama isn’t a leader.  We have known for a long time his associations and friends have both character and ethical shortcomings.  His list of poor ethical associations is long.

America now sees those ethical and character flaws coming to the forefront with Obama’s nominees for important posts.  Some of the nominations Obama has made and in most cases defended are ridiculous.  Obama’s Chief of Staff Rahm Emanuel brings to the White House the corrupt thug politics of Chicago that Obama and Emanuel are used to, with Emanuel by his side he can feel secure that it will be business as usual, Chicago style.

The Secretary of State Timothy Giethner is a tax evader and lied to the Senate about his tax evasion. Now he runs the IRS with Obama’s blessing.  Gov. Bill Richardson withdrew his name after being nominated for Secretary of Commerce.  Richardson is being investigated for contributions to his PAC’s and possible influence peddling.
Two more of Obama’s nominee’s withdrew because of tax problems.  The Democrats always want to raise your taxes and many of them have tax problems.  Add Tom Daschle and Ms. Killefer to bad choices and tax evaders.

Eric Holder the new Attorney General has problems too and Obama stuck with him.  We now have an Attorney General who as Asst. Attorney General during Clinton’s Administration  recommended and got pardons for tax evaders and terrorists.  Now he is the Attorney General who will decide what happens to more terrorists who killed Americans.

All of these show a severe character flaw and ethical flaw in Obama.  Time and time again he surrounds himself with poor and unsavory characters.  Once again showing poor judgment and providing confirmation that Obama isn’t a leader. 
The socialist bill that Obama has labeled his economic stimulus bill is further proof of his not being a leader. This stimulus bill was crafted by and is the work of Nancy Pelosi’s socialist agenda.

Obama knows this isn’t a stimulus bill, Obama knows this is a socialist takeover bill.  If Obama really loved America instead of putting his name on this socialist non stimulus bill and pushing for it he would be fighting to defeat it.  Obama’s own OMB has said in the long run this bill will hurt the economy.  It will hurt America.
Obama isn’t a leader and no amount of speeches will make him a leader.  Obama is a socialist with socialist plans for America, tell him America is NOT socialist.
