Rattner Tied To Pay To Play Investigation Of The $122 billion New York State Common Retirement Fund




Showing again a lack of ethics and morals socialist Barack Hussein Obama is close to appointing Stephen Rattner as car Czar. Rattner is tied to an ongoing SEC investigation of the $122 billion New York State Common Retirement Fund. So far there have been three indictments in one guilty plea in this investigation.

The question that goes along with another Socialist like Rattner being appointed by the Obama administration is where in the Constitution is there a car czar. Since socialist Obama's inauguration there have been several czars appointed to oversee private industry. Where does Socialist Obama get the authority to appoint a czar to oversee these companies? These appointments are more socialism or fascism than they are a democracy.

A Securities and Exchange Commission complaint says a senior executive of Mr. Rattner's investment firm met in 2004 with a politically connected consultant about a finders fee. Later the complaint says the firm received an investment from the state pension fund and paid $1.1 million in fees. The senior executive not named in the complaint is Mr. Rattner, according to a person familiar with the investigation.

Socialist Rattner is cofounder of the investment firm, Quadrangle Group, which he left to join the Treasury Department to oversee the auto task force earlier this year. To this point neither socialist Rattner nor Quadrangle have been accused of any wrongdoing. The investigation is ongoing.

We are seeing more of the change Obama talked about in the campaign. The changes appear to be appointments of people with no ethics or morals whatsoever. You have to wonder whether socialist Obama has any ethics or morals. The changes are also trying to make America a socialist country.
