Then Pelosi, Wrangle, Dodd, Frank, Geithner Should Resign



Judge Jay Bybee committed a moral crime. His crime was signing a legal memo on fighting terrorism after the 9/11 terror attacks. Memos that from all information available helped to save American lives.

The socialist Barack Hussein Obama released classified memos to our enemies. The socialist Democrats will do anything in an attempt to embarrass President Bush. This includes releasing classified information to our enemies.

Socialist Senator Patrick Leahy (D-VT) said, "The descent and honorable thing for him to do would be resign.  And if he is a decent and honorable person, he will resign."
Senator Claire McCaskill (D-MO) while on "Fox News Sunday", told Chris Wallace that impeachment should be on the table for Judge Bybee, who holds an appointment on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. Socialist McCaskill was condemning Judge Bybee for legal memos that he signed while serving in the U.S. to Department of Justice, examining what powers the government had to combat terrorism.

Socialist Obama is keeping the door open for prosecuting a federal appeals judge. Socialist Democratic Senators are calling for an investigation to possibly impeach a judge. All of this over a legal opinion given soon after 9/11. This attack on the Judiciary frightens the constitutional separation of powers, and must be denounced and opposed.

Socialist Obama released classified memos to our enemy. His primary purpose was to destroy separation of power between the judiciary and executive branches of our government. The deflection so you would know his real agenda was in an attempt to discredit former President Bush.

America we had Comrade Pelosi lie several times about her knowledge of these memos. Then she attempted to cover-ups of the lies. Also we have socialist Charlie Wrangle (D-NY) being investigated for tax evasion and several rent-controlled apartments in New York City.

Chris Dodd (D-VT) is being investigated over shady home loan deals made with CountryWide, Socialist Barney Frank (D-MA) and his countless lies regarding Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac in addition to the prostitution ring run out of his living room and he brushes it off saying he had no knowledge of it even though it was in his own home. Lest we forget Timothy Geithner, the tax evader, who was just approved as Secretary of the Treasury by the same socialist Democrats who are calling for Judge Bybee to resign or be impeached over some memos.

These socialists are only the tip of the iceberg. There are many more that are either being investigated are should be investigated. Where America is the outcry for them to be honorable and decent and resign? Why isn't the socialist mainstream media investigating the socialist Democrats? Why isn't the mainstream media demanding they resign?

Senators Leahy and McCaskill are deafeningly silent about the socialist Democrats. A Republican attorney writes a memo after the most horrific attack on the United States ever and they don't like the memo and they want him to resign or face impeachment.

Once again America the socialist Democrats and mainstream media showing total lack of ethics or morals.
