Socialist Double Standard At Work

Socialist Attorney General Eric Holder who in the waning days of the Clinton administration helped acquire pardons for terrorist now thinks attorneys who helped save America from terrorists should be disbarred. This America,  is a socialist double standard at work. If anyone should be disbarred it should be Eric Holder.

Along with Judge Bybee the Justice Department is now after John Yoo who was also a member of the Justice Department's Office of Legal Counsel. Both men played key roles in crafting the legal justification for techniques critics now call torture. They wrote the classified memos which socialist Barack Hussein Obama released last month.

These memos were written as President Bush's administration grappled with the fear and uncertainty following the September 11, 2001 terror attacks. Many of us remember all too well 9/11 it was a day that over 3000 Americans perished. It was a time of unprecedented events, it was a day now classified as the worst terrorist attack on US Soil.  Now these sanctimonious socialist buffoons want to cast judgment on two men who helped prevent any more horrendous attacks on America.

Here is an example of the double standards of the socialists and the duplicity of Eric Holder. In recent weeks Germany has been attempting to extradite John Demjanjuk for war crimes in World War II. Demjanjuk’s lawyers are fighting this extradition. One of the lawyers main arguments with the Justice Department for denying extradition is that if Demjanjuk is extradited he will be tortured. Eric Holder and the Justice Department's response is, "Demjanjuk, you're wrong, because Germany is going to use the same techniques on you that were proposed by Bybee and Yoo to interrogate Al Qaeda terrorists."

In this discussion whether 89-year-old Demjanjuk is guilty or not of war crimes committed over 60 years ago is not the issue. The issue is the double standard socialist Eric Holder is using. He wants Judge Bybee and Mr. Yoo two upstanding American citizens disbarred for memos they wrote getting legal opinions after 9/11 to help save lives. At the same time he is telling Demjanjuk and his lawyers that the same "torture" that Judge Bybee and Mr. Yoo wrote memos on and saying it is not grounds to prevent extradition.

Socialist Eric Holder you can't have it both ways. How can writing a legal opinion warrant disbarment and it still be all right to extradite someone to Germany to receive the same "torture."?  It would appear that if anyone should be disbarred it should be a socialist like you Eric Holder. Surely getting pardons for terrorists and recommending Demjanjuk be extradited to Germany to receive torture is much more serious than writing a memo that helps save lives.
