Criminal charges have been filed against the socialist community activist group ACORN. The Nevada Atty. Gen. has filed charges of facilitating voter registration fraud on ACORN and two of its employees.

Clark County Registrar Larry Lomax said the ACORN canvassers submitted 91,002 registration forms last year, resulting in 62,905 new registrations after his office eliminated duplicates and questionable applications. Nevada Secretary of State Ross Miller and Atty. Gen. Catherine Cortez Masto, both Democrats, announced the charges. The Nevada complaint alleges 26 counts of "Compensation for Registration of Voters," which he called a felony under state law.

"By structuring employment and compensation around a quota system, ACORN facilitated voter registration fraud in this state," Atty. Gen. Masto said. She alleged that the groups training manuals "clearly detail, condone and indeed, require illegal acts."

During the 2008 election 13 states investigated ACORN for voter registration fraud. Also as reported several ACORN employees have been convicted of felony voter fraud charges and are in jail.

During the 2008 election primaries socialist Barack Hussein Obama gave ACORN over $800,000 to "get out the vote." Socialist Obama has a long and storied history with ACORN. Socialist Obama taught many ACORN employees the devious tactics that they have used.

Socialist Democrats through the federal budget have been supporting ACORN for years. Even after ACORN employees were convicted and jailed on voter fraud charges the socialist Democrats have kept giving them our tax dollars. In the stimulus package that the socialist Democrats passed they had $3 million allocated to ACORN. The omnibus bill the socialist Democrats passed had even more of our tax dollars being given to ACORN.

Socialist Obama as reported in SpeakNowAmerica.org wants ACORN to be a main participant in the 2010 census. Socialist Obama knows the corruption in ACORN and he wants to corrupt the 2010 census by using them. This is part of socialist Obama's plan to socialize America.
