In the month of June 467,000 people lost their job.  The unemployment rate now stands at 9.5%. 

That is the highest unemployment rate in the last 26 years.  Some economists are now saying that the unemployment rate may go as high as 11% next year.
In the post World War II era the unemployment rate was high and 10.8% at the end of 1982.  That was after a deep recession.

Socialist Barack Hussein Obama in a speech today said he’s confident in a recovery despite the jobs report group.  Obama called the unemployment report sobering news.  Socialist Obama went on to say that it was better than the last economic report and a sign that the recession is slowing.

The socialist Obama and Democrat non stimulus plan appears to be failing.  The $780 plus billion plan had to be passed with no one reading it or looking at all the pork in it.  After five plus months the unemployment rate is still going up and today the Dow is down 2.6% and the  NASDAQ is down 2.7%.

Here are some glaring figures on the economy.  There were a total of 14.7 million people unemployed in June, if you count laid off workers who have given up looking for new jobs or have settled for part time work the unemployment rate would’ve been 16.5% in June.

As sales and profits have declined, companies have turned to lay offs and other cost cutting measures to survive. Some of those measures are holding down workers hours and freezing or cutting pay.  The average workweek in June fell to 33 hours, the lowest on records dating back to 1964.

Socialist Obama the unemployment rate belongs to you.  The socialist Democrat non stimulus plan is failing and Americans are suffering.

In his speech socialist Obama pointed to energy companies inciting ways to steady the economy and put people back to work.  Even as the economy keeps declining socialist Obama is determined to push the economy destroying cap and trade bill down America’s throat.  Obama said, “It’s the choice between slow decline and renewed prosperity.  It’s a choice between the past and the future.”

No socialist Obama, it’s a choice between destroying America and the American economy and giving Americans the opportunity for the American dream once again.  Your way is destroying the American economy, which appears is your ultimate goal.
