Is This Justice Socialist Obama / Holder Style?

Atty. General Eric Holder is again considering an investigation into the Bush Administration’s interrogation methods.  This isn’t the first time Holder has considered an investigation.

Socialist Barack Hussein Obama has said the nation should be “looking forward and not backwards.” We have quickly learned that what Obama says isn’t necessarily what he means.  Is this another socialist Obama diversion while he tries to push another socialist bill down our throats?

Holder is considering whether to appoint a prosecutor and will make a final decision within the next few weeks, a Justice Department official told The Associated Press.  A move to appoint a criminal prosecutor is certain to stir partisan bickering that could create a distraction to President Barack Obama's efforts to push ambitious health care and energy reform.  Is that the diversion socialist Obama’s looking for?

Socialist Dianne Feinstein, D-Calif., head of the intelligence committee, suggested that the George W. Bush administration broke the law by concealing a CIA counterterrorism program from Congress. Regarding the 8-year-old counterterrorism program, Feinstein said the Bush administration's failure to notify Congress "is a big problem, because the law is very clear."  Congress should investigate the secrecy because "it could be illegal," Democratic Sen. Dick Durbin, D-Ill., said.

Sen. John Cornyn, R-Texas, said he agreed with Feinstein that the CIA should keep Congress informed. But Cornyn said the new assertion "looks to me suspiciously like an attempt to provide political cover" to House Speaker Nancy Pelosi and other Democrats. Pelosi has accused the CIA of lying to her in 2002 about its use of water boarding, or simulated drowning, which many people, including Obama, consider torture.

"This continued attack on the CIA and our intelligence gathering organizations is undermining the morale and capacity of those organizations to gather intelligence," said Republican Sen. Judd Gregg of New Hampshire.

Is it really just justice socialist Obama / Holder style?  Socialists Obama and Holder dropped charges against the New Black Panthers who were caught on videotape intimidating voters, this was after the Department of Justice had already won the case.

Socialist Holder 12 different states are investigating ACORN for voter registration fraud.  Why hasn’t the Department of Justice opened an investigation into ACORN?
Binyam Mohammed a jihadist plotting mass-murders against American cities was released outright.  Laith Qazali after abduction/murder of 5 U.S. soldiers in Karbala was released outright.  Irbil 5, Iranian IRGC operatives (i.e., the same guys who murdered 19 of our air force at Khobar Towers in '96) coordinating Iraqi terrorist operations that have killed HUNDREDS of U.S. forces in Iraq since 2003 were released outright. 

Socialist Holder you’re ready to investigate the Bush Administration for saving American lives, and refuse to investigate intimidating voters and voter registration fraud by groups who support Obama.  Is this the change America can expect?  Are we now seeing justice socialist Obama / Holder style?
