Landrieu Got $300 Million They Want Theirs

The progressive elitist Democrats in Congress and even some in the main stream media were shocked when they learned that Mary Landrieu (D-LA) was bribed with $300 million for her "yes" vote on Obamacare.  The socialist Democrats have much, much more street money to buy votes now.  And that more than anything threatens our democracy.

Socialist Barak Hussein Obama has between what is left of the stimulus money and TARP money approximately $1 trillion (with a T) to buy votes in the House and Senate.  We saw with Landrieu how blatant they are with the bribes.  Landrieu actually sounded proud that she was bribed with $300 million in hard working Americans tax money.

Obama in his slush fund has enough to give every socialist Democrat Representative, every socialist Democrat Senator, and every socialist Democrat Governor $1 billion of your tax money and still have over half left.  Hundreds of billions of dollars the socialist Democrats are throwing around to buy influence and votes.  We don’t need to worry about the chump change the lobbyists have we need to worry about socialist Obama.  Obama is buying Congress.

A clash between the Obama administration and the Congressional Black Caucus intensified. Ten black lawmakers refused to appear at a House committee vote on financial regulations Wednesday, a move that nearly allowed Republicans to kill a major Democratic bill.

The move was the culmination of weeks of tension, including a testy meeting two weeks ago that included Rep. Maxine Waters (D-CA), Treasury Secretary Timothy Geithner and White House Chief of Staff Rahm Emanuel. In the meeting, Waters berated the administration for not doing enough to help minority-owned businesses, mentioning specifically a New York broadcaster that couldn't get a loan reworked.

Less than two weeks after the meeting, the company, Inner City Broadcasting Corp., said Goldman Sachs Group Inc. agreed to restructure the loan.  It is unclear whether any government officials played a role in having the loan reworked.

At her news conference, Waters said minorities and minority-owned institutions had been disproportionately hurt by the financial crisis. She said minority-owned banks haven't had the same access to government capital as other banks. She also said minority-owned auto dealers, newspapers and broadcasting firms were folding because of a lack of funding. Foreclosure rates and unemployment are also higher among minorities, she said.

The Congressional Black Caucus wants some of the Obama slush fund.  They want to use the money to buy votes in their home districts.  The socialist Democrats have no ethics.  For them it’s all money and power.  The hard working American taxpayer be damned.
