Thousands Protest Obamacare Socialized Health Care In Washington

Thousands of hard working American taxpayers were in Washington this week to protest Obamacare socialized health care.  The boisterous crowd chanted “Kill the bill” and “Hands off our health care.”  The Senators and Representatives should start listening it they like their plush jobs in Washington.

Senator Michelle Bachmann (R-MN) said to the crowd gathered just across Constitution Avenue from the Senate Chamber, “You came before, you came again.  I guess they must be deaf, they can’t hear you.   We’re not leaving until you understand that no means no!  What part of no don’t you people understand?”

Representative Louie Gohmert (R-TX), author of the Tax Holiday that would give Americans a two-month break in paying federal income taxes (that would cost about the same as the stimulus bill), reminded the crowd of their obligation to remind public servants of their role in this self-government.

“I don’t ever try to push my religious beliefs on other people, but I’m concerned some people have said that as Christians we’re supposed to submit to government,” Gohmert said.  “We’re in the United States of America where the government is the people.  That’s why it’s up to you to vote, to make your voices heard.”

Approximately 61 percent (according to the new CNN poll) of Americans who oppose the socialist Democrats’ Obamacare health care bill. 

We didn’t see the elitist progressive main stream media as in the past they chose to ignore another rally of honest hard working, taxpaying Americans.   The main stream media only believes in the First amendment when it’s them or views they embrace.  Then they will lie to advance their beliefs.  American the answer is to ignore the main stream media.  When they are facing bankruptcy maybe they’ll cover what 61% of us believe in.
