Detroit Panty Bomber Needs To Be Water Boarded

 Governor Sarah Palin warned in her acceptance speech at St. Paul, the Republican convention, last September that socialist Barack Hussein Obama would treat terrorists as criminals and not terrorists.  Palin said, "Al-Qaeda terrorists still plot to inflict catastrophic harm on America, and he's worried that someone won't read 'em their rights."

Here is another Obama lie.  Obama, on March 22nd, this year, on 60 Minutes, said this, "Now, do these folks deserve Miranda rights?  Do they deserve to be treated like a shoplifter down the block?  Of course not."  Terrorists are being Mirandized in Afghanistan today.  So once again it's not what Obama says; it's how he says it that appeals to people.  

In a press briefing after Obama said the terrorists didn’t deserve Miranda rights Major Garrett of Fox News asked Robert Gibbs Obama’s press secretary, "Do you know if it's true or untrue that Miranda rights are read to terrorists in Afghanistan?"

Gibbs responded, “I have no reason to -- to disbelieve a member of Congress, but I don't know any of the circumstances that are involved around it.”

Gibbs was then asked, “Would it come as a surprise to the White House that that's what would be happening? “  Gibbs admitted he knew it is happening, “It's not a surprise to me.”

We now have a terrorist that attempted to blow up a plane over Detroit.  When the plane landed he was arrested and read his Miranda rights.  HE is a terrorist why is he being read his Miranda rights?  This Islamic terrorist has information that has untold value to America.  Information that can save American lives.  As soon as he was read his rights he lawyered up and refuses to talk.

This terrorist should be harshly interrogated and water boarded if needed.  American lives can be saved.  This is not justice that socialist Obama is meting out. This is telling the terrorists you are free to attack America.  Nothing will happen.
