An Arrogant, Condescending, Angry At America Speech

Socialist Barack Hussein Obama gave his State of the Union address on Wednesday night.  America was subjected to an arrogant, condescending Obama whose anger at Americans came through.  The speech was convoluted and at times confusing.

Most of the speech was a rehash of Obama’s 2008 campaign speeches and his speech to Congress last year.  We had to sit through his saying he wants more of the same of his failed policies.  These policies didn’t work in 2009 and now he wants them again in 2010.

The speech was an incoherent mess of promised tax cuts for small businesses coupled with the threat of tax hikes from his health care and energy proposals; more federal money to encourage banks to lend to businesses, coupled with new taxes on banks and individuals; the continued waste of his $862 billion stimulus plan and $2 trillion in new health care spending, coupled with a delayed and temporary spending freeze.

Obama’s claim of 2 million jobs saved in the last year is false.  The most any experts say may have been saved is 600,000 while losing 4 million.  Also the jobs saved were government jobs.  Not jobs that help the economy and promote growth that we need.

Obama also claimed that the work force in the next few months will grow by over 1 million workers.  The truth is that again these are government jobs.  All short term for the census and most part time.  By the fall these jobs will be gone again.

Obama still won’t accept America’s rejection of Obamacare socialized health care.  He again called for that and for cap and trade another economy crusher.

The speech did nothing to bring hope and change to America.  It did nothing to assuage people’s fears in these tough economic times.  It did nothing to show America Obama understands and is working for America.  It did show an arrogant, condescending man who is mad at America for rejecting his plan.
