Preserving America’s Freedom

A Conservative Agenda Of Freedom Part II

“I predict future happiness for Americans if they can prevent the government from wasting the labors of the people under the pretense of taking care of them.”  Thomas Jefferson

‘We The People’ will have the opportunity to preserve America’s freedom with Election 2010.  This may well be the most important election in America’s history thus far.  Make no mistake about it, Barack Hussein Obama and the Democrats have a socialist agenda they want to press on us.

In ‘A Conservative Agenda Of Freedom Part I’ several repeals were addressed that we need to preserve our free republic.  Now we need to address making America strong again.  We need bring back our economy and reduce the deficit.

1.  The new Congress must repeal the stimulus package and TARP.  Those moneys must go back into the treasury.

2. They must reduce wages and benefits for government employees by a minimum of 10%.  Government employee wages have vastly outpaced those of the private sector.

3. Reduce the number of government employees by a minimum of 10% during 2011.  This is the only sector that has grown over the last 2 years.

4. Reduce all government spending by 10% except Medicare, social security, and defense.

5. Pass legislation that except in time of war or national emergency the government must maintain a balanced budget and reduce the national deficit.

6. Stridently enforce the balanced budget and reducing the national deficit.

7.  Real immigration reform.  Send the illegal aliens home.  Stiff penalties for employers who hire them.

With spending under control in Part II we can address the employment part of the agenda for bringing back a strong America.
