It’s Not The Tea Party

The Republican Party is at a juncture which should allow it to grow and gain control of the House and the Senate.  That won’t happen without some drastic changes right now.  What’s the problem with the Republican Party?  In a word RINO’s is the problem.  There are some members of the old Party who are just as elitist and power hungry as the Democrats.

Some of the main problems with the Republican Party are Lisa Murkowski, Charlie Crist, Mike Castle and their ilk.  They lose and instead of backing the conservative candidate they throw a tantrum.  Two of them Murkowski and Crist jumped ship and are running as independents instead of supporting the Republican nominees.  Castle is as bad.  He refuses to congratulate Christine O’Donnell and says the wounds are too deep to campaign for her.

These are the problems in the Republican Party.  None of the three are or ever have been conservative.  Yet all three think they are better than the party and they deserve the power to rule in Washington.

Yet as bad as this group is we have some who are worse.  Karl Rove and Charles Krauthammer both showed their true colors this past week.  They are wiser than the people voting.  Both on FOX News last week went on a tirade about the primary election in Delaware.  Both of them on national TV attacked Christine O’Donnell who won the Republican primary.

They have determined that the RINO Mike Castle should have won.  That Castle is electable and O’Donnell isn’t.  The people of Delaware know Castle’s socialist voting record.  America is tired of the tax and spend.  If they spent as much time trying to help O’Donnell as they have bashing her perhaps they will be surprised and see Delaware wants a conservative and not her avowed Marxist opponent in November.

The Tea Party and the conservatives are not the problem in the Republican Party.  The RINO’s are the problem.  Unfortunately last week we found out two men a lot of us considered conservative voices are RINO’s and no different from the elitists in power now.  Karl Rove and Charles Krauthammer did a huge disservice to Ms O’Donnell, Delaware, and America with their tirade last week.

The attempted socialist takeover in Washington has awoken the sleeping giant.  We aren’t going back to sleep.  We will work hard to elect conservative men and women to office.  The Republican Party can wake up and join the Tea Party and most Americans who are fiscally conservative or they will be retired as many have been this year already.
