Obama Destroying The Democrats

Barack Obama is the best thing that has happened to America since Ronald Reagan.  Obama is on target to do more harm and destruction to the Democrats than Jimmy Carter and George McGovern combined.   He is a narcissistic ideologue hell bent on making America a socialist country.

Obama most closely resembles a creation of the failed candidacy of George McGovern and the catastrophic presidency of Herbert Hoover. The damage he is doing to the Democrats image and prospects closely resembles the harm Hoover did to the Republican Party, from which it did not recover for 20 years after he left office. The extent to which Obama is discrediting the progressive i.e. socialists parallels the damage George McGovern did to his ideological confreres in 1972, when he went down to flaming defeat.

While Carter's presidency did little to change the basic party construct of the nation or to influence its ideology, Reagan's presidency accomplished both.  In George McGovern, we all saw the incompetence of liberalism, its disorganization, its extremism, and its ultimate impotence. Even McGovern though in his old age realized the advantages and virtues of capitalism and the private sector.

Realistically though Obama is good for America.  He with his socialist agenda has woken the sleeping giant.  America had become complacent and let the federal government do as they wanted.  Most never saw or understood the damage of an omnipotent government.

Yet today Obama doesn’t understand what he has done to the Democrats.  He is mad at America because of the resistance to his socialist goals.  His elitist arrogance blinds him.  He refuses to accept that most Americans don’t share his goal of destroying capitalism.

One has to wonder if Obama relishes in the destruction he has done to every American.  His hate for capitalism and America will only grow as he watches the Tea Party and a majority of Americans reject his policies on November 2^nd.  Will he accept that this election as Mark Penn a progressive himself said is a “referendum on Obama’s policies?”

The main stream media proclaimed after the 2008 elections that the Republican Party was done for.  They proclaimed that the socialist agenda of Obama and the Democrats was what America needed.  They,  like Obama didn’t see that what the agenda would really do was awaken the sleeping giant.

The most important election in our lifetime is in  23  days.  We can end the experiment in socialism.  Which party are you going to vote for in 5 weeks? The Paycheck Party or the Food Stamp Party?
