This Is The Start Of Returning Freedom To America

The new Congress should turn back every one of Barack Obama's absurd socialist plans along with much that the elitist progressive Democrats and socialists have done over the past 50 years and get the country back on course.

"America has become a “nanny state” with a cradle to grave programs weakening our character and making us increasingly dependent on the power crazed feds.

This rampant paternalism has impacted everything from diving boards at pools to seat belt and helmet laws for bikers. We mandate public funds for feeding the kids in school teaching them that the government owes them a free lunch and then wonder that they grow up to be whining adults begging for a check while sitting on their collective asses drinking beer and smoking cigarettes.

America used to be a vibrant country with hard working people driving ahead on raw ambition, brains, ability and dreams. We built the greatest country the world has ever seen and now, the whiners are trying to take it away from us."

We need to restructure the federal government so that each branch would be far more independent than it presently is reducing the power of the executive and re-establishing checks and balances. As America is today, we have a one party super- liberal government running amuck! The Constitution is not a ‘living document’ subject to the whims of federal activist judges. It is our most sacred document and we will adhere to it!

It is imperative to implement the following test on all legislation: 1. Is it CONSTITUTIONAL? 2. If it’s Constitutional, do we NEED it? 3. If it’s Constitutional and we need it, can we AFFORD IT? 4. Is it best left to the STATES to implement?

Stop Obama’s bailout of union and government pensions and end tax-payer funded retirement programs for all government employees.  All Obama is doing is buying votes with the union bailouts.

You also need to repeal all TARP and stimulus funding.  America can’t afford it and it isn’t working.  Again Obama is using these funds to control people and buy support.

The first piece of business has to making permanent the Bush tax cuts.  People nor businesses can make needed decisions without knowing their tax consequences.

This is a beginning.  I’m sure many Americans can add to this.  We need to start somewhere.
