Raising Taxes Won't Balance Budget
YouTube: Rep Scott Tax Rich At 100% Won't Pay This Year's Deficit
In his budget address Wednesday, Barack Obama expressed his desire to allow Bush-era tax cuts to expire for individuals making $200,000 or more a year and couples making $250,000 or more as part of his plan to reduce the deficit. Obama knows this won't cover even this year's deficit.
Obama was critical of Representative Paul Ryan’s (R-WS) plan, The Plan To Prosperity, which would keep the current tax rates from the Bush era tax cuts of 2001 and 2003 in place.
Since he started running for president in 2007 Obama has done all he can to portray the rich as the problem in America. Time after time he has attempted to pit the poor against the rich, telling the poor I can give you more if I can take from the rich.
The truth is not acceptable to Barack Obama. Representative Tim Scott (R-SC) told the truth on the House floor Thursday morning. Obama hopes Americans won't listen to that truth.
“The President tries to tax, to tax our way out of debt -- placing the burden on those earning more than $100,000,“ Representative Tim Scott (R-S.C.) said on the House floor Thursday morning.

Raising taxes on any one will hurt the economy. Obama's spend, spend, spend has almost destroyed our economy. That is Obama's real change for America.
