Obama On Path To Destroy Economy

Barack Obama and the Democrats are set to raise your taxes.  Through the debt ceiling bill they have laid the groundwork for tax increases.  Obama is on a path to destroy our economy which has always been his goal.

The goal of Obama and the Democrats has always been tax and spend.  The only budget item they will cut is defense.  Whatever amount they cut will be spent on one of their pet projects.  Unfortunately too many Republicans in Washington will help them.

Obama soon will start his class warfare speeches again.  He will talk about having skin in the game.  The corporate jet dialog will start again.  The game plan is income redistribution.  Obama knows this will destroy our economy and he keeps pressing.

Harry Reid and the Senate will let the Bush tax cuts expire after the 2012 elections in 2013.  Approximately 51% of Obama’s constituents don't pay any income taxes.  Last December Obama said the average American family would see a tax increase of $3,000 a year if the Bush tax cuts were allowed to expire.  Yet Obama and the Democrats will let them expire.

What Obama knows and doesn't want you to know is that the tax increases he wants have nothing to do with cutting the deficit or balancing the budget.  If you tax at 100% everything and everyone in America who makes over $200,000 it will only pay a few days of deficit spending.

Revenue isn't the problem,  spending is.   Government spending is going above 25% of GDP.  Tax revenue, up until the last two years has averaged 18.5% GDP.  The 1998 to 1999 years saw the highest amount of federal revenue coming in. But it was only in the 21% of GDP range.  Only two years in our history has tax revenue been at 20%.

Look on whitehouse.gov "Bipartisan Debt Deal: A Win for the Economy and Budget Discipline."  This post brags about how this debt deal locks in Obama's runaway spending.  They're thrilled about how it slashes the military and protects entitlements, even locks in the end of the Bush tax cuts.  There will be no spending cuts until after the 2012 elections.  That's part of the deal. 

Barack Obama and the Democrats will raise taxes.  Obama is on a path to destroy our economy which is his goal.
