4 Year Old Boy Killed By illegal Alien Driver

Last Thursday 4-year-old Christopher Rowe was struck at around 6 p.m. while crossing West Ninth Street near Rockwell Place in a hit-and-run collision. He was with his mother, Michelle Rowe, 45, and his two siblings, a 6-year-old sister and a 4-year-old twin sister. He died later in the hospital.

The Santa Rosa police arrested a suspect shortly after the collision, 22-year-old Marcos Lopez Garcia of Santa Rosa, for felony hit-and-run. The most recent Sonoma County Superior Court records show he was cited on June 25, 2010, for driving without a license and insurance. He pleaded no contest on July 27, 2010, and was given a 12-month conditional sentence that expired on July 27 this year.

The Obama Administration’s announced last Thursday that it would limit enforcement of federal immigration laws. The Homeland Security Department said it will halt deportation proceedings on a case-by-case basis against illegal immigrants who meet certain criteria such as attending school, having family in the military or are primarily responsible for other family members’ care.

Representative Peter T. King (R-NY), Chairman of the Committee on Homeland Security, and Representative Candice Miller (R-MI), Chairman of the Subcommittee on Border and Maritime Security issued the following statement in response to the Obama Administration’s announcement that it would limit enforcement of federal immigration laws:

"This new non-enforcement policy announced by the Obama Administration Thursday is a blatant attempt to grant amnesty to potentially millions of illegal aliens in this country, and is totally unacceptable.

Twelve Americans are murdered every day by illegal aliens, according to statistics released by Representative Steve King (R-IA). That translates to 4,380 Americans murdered annually by illegal aliens. King also says 13 are killed by drunk illegal alien drivers for another annual death toll of 4,745.

The only illegal aliens that the Obama administration might detain and deport are those who have committed additional serious criminal offenses in the United States – the fact that they committed a crime under federal law by entering the United States illegally (8 U.S.C. § 1325) is apparently of no concern to this administration.

Deborah Schurman-Kauflin of the Violent Crimes Institute based on a figure of 12 million illegal immigrants arrives at the figure of 240,000 sex offenders a conservative estimate, she says through public records showing about 2 percent of illegal's apprehended are sex offenders.

"This translates to 93 sex offenders and 12 serial sexual offenders coming across U.S. borders illegally per day," she says.

A shocking 35% of the crimes reported were child molestations. Another 24% were rapes and 41% were sexual homicides.

Barack Obama refuses to close our borders. He now is violating our laws and our Constitution. He is granting amnesty to illegal aliens. How many of the deaths and sexual offenses caused by his refusal to enforce our laws will Obama be responsible for?
