YouTube: Gingrich "Obama can bring his teleprompter"

Newt Gingrich is challenging Barack Obama to seven debates.  He says if Obama doesn't accept he will follow him all over America.  Gingrich promises to hold events four hours after Obama everywhere Obama goes repeating his challenge.

“I already said that if he wants to use a teleprompter, then it would be fine with me. It has to be fair. If you [were] to defend Obamacare, wouldn’t you want a teleprompter?” Gingrich asked.

“Now, just for a second I’m going to go in the detour and I’ll try to explain why I’ve been and he’ll say yes. There are two reasons. The first, is ego. Can you imagine him looking in the mirror? Graduate from Columbia, Harvard Law, editor of the Law Review journal. [Against] the greatest articulator in a Democratic book?”

“How is he going to say that he’s afraid to be on the same podium as a West Georgia College student?”

Gingrich is also making his case as the conservative Republican presidential candidate. “I’m the one candidate who can bring together national security conservatives, and economic conservatives, and social conservatives in order to make sure we have a conservative nominee.”

“I wouldn’t lie to the American people. I wouldn’t switch my positions for political reasons. It’s perfectly reasonable to change your position if facts change. If you see new things you didn’t see – everybody’s done that, Ronald Reagan did that. It’s wrong to go around to adopt radically different positions based on your need of any one election, then people will have to ask themselves, ‘What will you tell me next time?’”
